After you submit a request, the studio responds within 24 hours to schedule a 45-minute discovery call or visit. We then send a written direction with mood, lighting and material recommendations, followed by a transparent quote within seven days.

Both. Our lighting catalogue (chandeliers, pendants, smart systems, TV walls, ceiling architecture) is shoppable through the studio. Full interior packages are bespoke and include sourcing, finish carpentry and styling.

Statement lighting starts from a few hundred USD; full interior projects typically run from $25k upward depending on scope. We're transparent about budget early so we can shape the right brief together.

Lighting installations: 1–3 weeks from order. Single-room transformations: 4–8 weeks. Full home or hospitality fit-outs: 3–6 months. We always agree on a milestone schedule before signing.

All installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on lighting fixtures range from 1–5 years and are passed through to you.
